This is actually quite well-thought-out! I'd wondered about Ramjet's intel too, as regarding the tech specs versus the cartoon.

Interesting to note, in "Autoberserk" when Megatron is leaving a damaged Starscream behind on the battlefield, Ramjet points out, "What about Starscream?"
Then too, Starscream seems to hang out with Ramjet when Thundercracker and Skywarp aren't around. In both " A Decepticon Raider in King Arthur's Court" and "The Search for Alpha Trion" Ramjet (along with Rumble) is part of the small team that Starscream is leading. Perhaps Starscream has already taken Ramjet under his wing. :)

I like that. Of course, I've yet to see most of the episodes you've cited, but Ramjet has stricken me as far more, how do you say, respectful than most any other seeker. I like him, and I like the way you've captured him. :)
