Landing Platform - Trypticon
This pad is locked up tightly when Trypticon is in his dinosaur or battle-station modes, to keep the ships and techs from sustaining any collateral damage. A large purple shield opens any time a ship needs to launch or land; otherwise, the pad is sealed, cut off and protected from the outside. Inside, the techs look nervous, and carefully secure any tools from being rattled when Trypticon gets hit, or makes a sudden move.

Onslaught walks in, a datapad in hand. he scans the area cooly, looking for someone.
Rupture stands about non-cooly, shoulders slouched in an all-too-militaristic way, a vacant look on his face
Onslaught spots Rupture and makes his way over, putting the datapad away, "Rupture?" He asks, examining the Con with a frown.
Rupture suddenly snaps out of whatever self-delusional fantasy world he's trapped in this week, and turns to see Onslaught. "Oh, hi sir.... sir!" he salutes suddenly, several seconds too late
Onslaught sighs slightly, not too impressed by his first view of the scout, "At easy soldier. According to the duty roster you are the only available scouting specialist right now, so I have come to you with a small task." He hands the pad over, "I need you to scout out this area of the Grand Canyon. One of our soldiers discovered a possible fuel source there, and I would like confirmation of this. Gatehr whatever data you can, then report back to me."
Rupture takes the pad from Onslaught, frowning at the word 'specialist'. He carefully studies the data (upsidedown, having not turned it around) and nods. "Okay sir, no sooner said than done."
Onslaught hmms, "Then I suggest you look at that data, so you know where you're going, and then go there. This is a simple order, you don't have any questions I trust?"
Rupture decides it's best to leave his questions for now. "No sir, as I said..."
Onslaught nods, "Yes, you did say it, which is what I don't understand. You should be doing something, not saying anything."
Rupture stares, worried at this confusion. "...yes. I'll just pop off then sir..."
Onslaught nods gruffly, "You do that. I'll be evaluating your success at this, so don't fail me or you can expect even less glamorous duties in the future."
Rupture nods, since obviously this is an astoundingly glamorous duty. The sole reason he signed up, obviously. "'Kay sir!" And with that, he dashes out the door, pausing only to smash his right arm on the door frame
Onslaught sighs, and heads back up to the command center to continue his tactical analysis of Wyoming.
Utah/Arizona - USA
The Southwestern states of Utah and Arizona are warm and home to a terrain of rugged beauty. Utah, with the only completely inland body of salt water in the USA, the Great Salt Lake, also holds many smaller canyons which have unearthed many fossils of dinosaurs. Salt Lake City looms here as well, an urban oasis in the desert. Arizona next door is one of the hottest states in the country, a thriving desert of coyotes, scorpions and other desert critters. It also has one of the seven wonders of the world, the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon.

A giant transformer sized-weapon. Or at least part of one. This is a partially built rifle, glossy black and about twelve feet long. The barrel is large in both length and width. Only one side is covered, the other is open, revealing a series of symetricly placed inductor coils. The main body of the weapon is missing some panels too, revealing a few circuits and one very large capicitor which takes up the bulk of the weapon's interal structure. From the obvious lack of ammo feed to the barrel you can conclude this is some sort of energy weapon. On the side of the barrel that is completed there is a single word emblazoned in large, silver letters.
REDEMPTION
You don't know why but you feel this cold looking weapon has a certain warmth to it... and the power to utterly decimate the forces of darkness.
Uplift sits quietly on the edge of the Canyon. Every few seconds he is backlit by blue flashes and small sparks shower from an object on his lap.
F-5_Freedom-Fighter flies in, a small speck in the distance, bobbing side to side quite noticeably. If you had good hearing, you might hear some kind of tune coming from this Con's speakers: "#Hey there, Georgie girl / swinging down the streets so fancy-free#" And look, he's singing along too. Aaah
Uplift sets a laser-torch on the ground next to him, then picks up what he was working on. Holding it close to his face he inspects his work.
F-5_Freedom-Fighter transforms, and sets himself to the ground, still whistling along merrily to the tune. He picks up a data pad, studies it, then turns it upsidedown and studies it some more before experimentally pushing a button. Suddenly there's a very loud beeping and he drops it with a yelp. Loudly
With a quick flurry, Rupture quickly and pathetically transforms to robot mode. Like a jumpstarter in his complexity...
Uplift's jerks up suddenly. He hesitates for a moment before twisting at the waist and turning his head so he can look behind him. His optics narrow, "Great" he mutters. Setting the weapon down beside his tool box he gets to his feet.
Rupture peers down at the broken pad, and picking it up, starts to shake it. "Work, dammit, work. I've only borrowed you from sir! Oh please..."
Uplift looks skyward and sighs wearily. He begins to sit back down, this time facing the other bot, he mutters sarcastically, loud enough for this newcomer to hear, "This sure is a great place. It attracts all of the 'interesting' Decepticons"
Rupture chucks the pad to the side, dejectedly. "Never liked you anyway." He pauses. Suddenly from the cunning hiding place of 'in front of him', he hears a voice, and does what any other self respecting merciless Decepticon warrior would do: "Argh, Autobot! Help!"
Uplift stares at Rupture for long moment. Shaking his head he picks up the weapon and torch and begins sparking away again.
Rupture takes a leap back, and very loudly shouts: "Help, help, don't kill me, I'm too young to die!"
