Across the icy dead skin of the planet earth life breaks from beneath. Earthquakes rage across the icy mountain sides and plains. The ice battles to keep its form but it is shifted and shattered from beneath. It believed it had rendered the planet paralyzed by its mere presence but it is small signs like these that reveal that the earth will not fall so easily.

At the Autobot H.Q. the tremors are felt upsetting radar and computer systems.

RAZORBEAST (attempting to keep balance): What is going on? Its getting hard for a bot to stand on his own two feet.

CHEETOR : It feels like earthquakes, seems the earth has a little kick left in it

TRICERADON : Too bad its kicking us right in the hind quarters

Deep below the ice within the ocean a large artificial volcano beings to rise from the depths giving the earth reason to stir restlessly.

Inside the volcano two Transformers stand at the scene of the crime.

OPTIMUS PRIME (angered): You are really psychotic Megatron and after your little episode with Monstar's tower you are even worse than before.

MEGATRON (floating): Why thank you Optimus, as they say with great power come total madness but I beg to differ. I am enlightened now, I see things not even you would know anything about and no one else would. I have seen the coming of the Transformers, the battles between them here on this earth. I see the rise of the Mechatrons and the coming of the asteroid that took the Transformers from this planet. I see death and destruction as the Unknown come to take the planet. I see so much Optimus and the knowledge is disturbing to say the least but I will wield it and use it to win this war.

OPTIMUS PRIME : Do have any idea what you will do to this planet if you don't stop this volcano

MEGATRON (smugly): Yes, the volcano will rise and scatter the animals across the surface of the earth. Too bad the earth is a giant snow ball

OPTIMUS PRIME : Yes and I can't let that happen

Optimus Prime transforms into mega robot mode and launches missiles from his shoulder silos blasting Megatron out of the air into a wall.

Megatron rises damaged but undaunted and transforms into his transport mode and fires and ion beam from his dragon mouth. Optimus Prime jumps out of the way as the beam hits computer consoles behind him and the tremors increase in ferocity causing Optimus to lose balance.

OPTIMUS PRIME : Megatron your main enemy is us, lets take this battle outside. If you destroy the earth what will be left to rule?

MEGATRON : The earth will be fine even without its wild life and I will take good care of it after I change it in to New Cybertron

OPTIMUS PRIME (rushing at Megatron): No I will not let that happen!

Further in the Ark Ultra Magnus and Hardhead struggle to keep balance as the ground shakes beneath them. All the animals around them have fallen into a deep slumber including the Maximals and Predacons.

ULTRA MAGNUS (Radioing Optimus): Optimus come in...(static)...The animals have all fallen to sleep...

He waits for a few seconds and gets no response.

ULTRA MAGNUS (concerned): I am not getting through to him... I have him on tracking lets go see where we can be of service.

Ultra Magnus ignites his jetpack and blasts off and Hardhead runs after him.

On the surface Waspinator in his jet mode flies across the sky scanning for the center of the disturbance.

WASPINATOR (radioing Cheetor): Cheetor I have found a large hole where the ice caved in

CHEETOR (replying): It must be from where the tremors started

WASPINATOR : I think it is where the others went into the water

CHEETOR (holding his head in his hands): Great, this is not going to be a good situation

Optimus Prime and Megatron continue to battle fiercely. Megatron floats into the air but Optimus holds on tight punching him in the head. Megatron flies blindly into the generator which strikes them with a large charge of energy tossing them far across the room. They both lay there unmoving and unconscious.

Ultra Magnus and Hardhead arrive in the generator room.

ULTRA MAGNUS (shaking Optimus): Optimus! ...He is unconscious...check that console

HARDHEAD : I am no computer genius I don't know what to do with this thing.

ULTRA MAGNUS : Great I think we are in a bit of a jam at the moment.

Optimus Prime awakens floating in what seems to be space. He looks around puzzled as the darkness melts and he is soon standing in the middle of a war torn battlefield.

OPTIMUS PRIME : This doesn't seem right

He walks around the now quiet battlefield walking through trenches and craters.

OPTIMUS PRIME : This was some battle...what's this?

Optimus crouches and picks up a piece of metal with an Autobot insignia emblazoned on it. He looks around and sees a large throne in the distance. He runs over to it and is shocked at what he see.

OPTIMUS PRIME (taken off guard): Autobot heads? this throne is made with from the heads of my fallen comrades...What's going on here?

He picks up the head of Sideswipe and looks into its empty eyes and a great sorrow falls over him. Suddenly the ground beneath him opens up. as he falls he sees a volcano appear and he falls into the mouth then into the lava and begins to sink until he falls through onto a surface.

He looks around but all around him is pure darkness, then he spots Megatron walking from the distance.

MEGATRON (amused): This is a strange predicament, you are trespassing in my spark why is that Optimus Prime?

Meanwhile Ultra Magnus and Hardhead try to access the internal programs of the computer systems but they are encrypted.

ULTRA MAGNUS (radioing Rattrap): Rattrap! Do you read me?

RATTRAP (drowsily): No Arachnia I didn't just touch your chest plate...huh!...what...hey Magnus

ULTRA MAGNUS : That was very disconcerting Rattrap, anyway follow my signal we need your hacking skills and be careful if I could awaken you the Predacons might come around soon as well

RATTRAP : Aye! Aye! Captain I am on my way

Rattrap transforms into vehicle mode and races off as Iguanus stirs behind him and watches him race off.

Inside Megatron's mind ...

MEGATRON : Look around Optimus can't you see the world as seen through the all seeing eye

Megatron points all around them as images of the battles of the Autobots and Decepticons before them battle fiercely and images of the coming of the Unknown. In one image he sees Rodimus Prime and The Constructor standing outside the volcano.

MEGATRON : I know everything Optimus Prime...It is the ultimate knowledge and with it I will bring you to your knees

Optimus Prime looks over to his enemy with concern in his visual receptors the returns his gaze to the scenes around him.

On the surface Tankor watches as Waspinator flies by and transforms into his wasp mode and hovers over the large crater in the ice. Tankor transforms in to his tank mode and fires a large fire ball. Waspinator catches a glimpse of it and darts out of the way.

WASPINATOR (surprised): Tankor!

TANKOR : Yes bug its time you fall beneath my treads

Tankor fires numerous fire balls at Waspinator who dodges each blast and gets closer to the tank firing form his stinger hitting him, paralyzing him then fires lasers from his antenna cannons damaging the tank. As Waspinator thinks himself victorious he is struck my a small device which shocks him into unconsciousness and he falls to the icy ground.

FRENZY (pointing his pistol at he fallen Maximal): Its time you paid for your crimes turncoat

TANKOR (transforming into robot mode): Don't kill him Frenzy we will see what Megatron will do with him first

Inside Megatron's mind...

MEGATRON : Don't you see all this information is mine, all mine and you can do nothing to stop me

Suddenly all the images around them turn into code and begins to rush at Optimus Prime and he absorbs it.

MEGATRON (shocked): What!? What is this treachery

Megatron fires a large beam from his dragon head blasting Optimus away from the stream of information.

OPTIMUS PRIME (charging at Megatron): Can't handle a little taste of you own medicine Megatron?

They both connect in midair and fall to the ground battling fiercely.

Meanwhile inside the volcano Rattrap reaches the Autobots.

RATTRAP : So point me towards the patient

ULTRA MAGNUS (showing him the console): Hurry the volcano has almost reached the surfa...

The tremors become increasing violent tossing Ultra Magnus off his feet as explosions ring out from all around.

Rattrap reaches the console and using his tail plugs into the computer as information flashes quickly before his eyes

RATTRAP (losing himself in code): Oh yeah come to daddy

ULTRA MAGNUS : Find anything?

RATTRAP : Yeah we need to simply turn off the generator and turn it back on again

Ultra Magnus looks over to the generator which has started spewing large amounts of energy around itself.

ULTRA MAGNUS (bracing himself): This is going to hurt

He flies off through the energy as it burns his armor and inflicts intense pain but the commander ignores the pain. The mere force exuding from the generator prevents him from getting too close. He pushes his thrusters to their limit and tries to break through the resistance. He finally reaches the console on the generator which is in alien writing.

ULTRA MAGNUS (in pain): Which one should I press? I don't know how much more of this I can take

RATTRAP : Wait...wait...wait...Yes the fifth symbol from the left push it now!

Ultra Magnus pushes the symbol and the generator halts and the volcano halts and goes completely dark.

HARDHEAD : Now this makes me feel safe

Just then Iguanus pounces on him and he falls to the ground trying to keep the lizard from clenching his jaws on his body.

RATTRAP : Push the fifth button from the right, now Magnus!

Ultra Magnus feeling a slight relief from the pain from the energy from the generator pushes the fifth button from the right and the generator starts back with a hum.

Rattrap plugs back into the computer

RATTRAP : All I have to do is reset the protocols and the volcano should reset back to its previous location

The volcano begins to recede as life starts to stir again within it.

Rattrap feeling victorious transforms into his robot mode but is attacked by Scarem in beetle mode.

RATTRAP : Great, I am not ready to be bug bait

SCAREM : You will have no choice after I rip you apart.

Sea wing flies into the room firing missiles at Ultra Magnus who fires back from guns on the sides of his face.

Inside Megatron's mind Optimus and Megatron battle fiercely and they both grow tired.

MEGATRON : This is my mind I will not be defeated here!

OPTIMUS PRIME : I have faced off against a greater Megatron than you and I defeated him I can do the same to you

MEGATRON (angered): NEVER!

Megatron fires a beam from the large spark crystal in his chest hitting Optimus Prime. Optimus regains composure and transforms into full battle mode and fires a beam from the matrix in his chest and Megatron fires another blast and the two beams collide filling the darkness with light as it all explodes.

Beams fly from within both Optimus and Megatron's eyes as the other Transformers halt their battle.

RATTRAP (backing away): That is some freaky stuff going on over there

SCAREM : Megatron?

Megatron rises and looks around confused

OPTMUS PRIME : Rattrap?

RATTRAP : Megatron sounds a lot like Optimus Prime don't you think?

Optimus Prime rises and looks over to Megatron

MEGATRON : This is odd...if I am standing over there then that means

He looks at his hand and it is a lot larger than it was before.

MEGATRON : Megatron terrorize!

He attempts to transform and nothing happens

MEGATRON (seeing the light): Transform!

He transforms into fire truck mode and revs his engines.

OPTIMUS PRIME : Terrorize!

Optimus transforms into a dragon and looks at his wings and his body.

ULTRA MAGNUS : This is confusing

RATTRAP : Some kind of hokey pokey voodooey kinda thing

MEGATRON (firing missiles from his ladder silos): This is wonderful!

The missiles explode all around Optimus who flies into the air and fires a large blast of fire down on Megatron who retaliates with a blast of water.

The other Predacons rush to aid Megatron and Rattrap transforms into his rat beast mode and plugs back into the computer and a large beam shoots down and hits the three Predacons and they disappear.

Optimus and Megatron transform into robot mode and tackle each other as the beam comes down and strikes them both and they begin to disappear. Rattrap stops the beam and the two robots stand as one being with arms and legs sticking from all over its body.

HARDHEAD (disturbed): Rattrap set things right this is getting disturbing

The being screams out in agony and Rattrap attempts to focus on Megatron's beast form and the two forms separate and Megatron disappears and lands on the surface next to Iguanus.

Iguanus strikes him with his tail then spits his adhesive at him trying to keep him in place. Scarem and Sea wing approach for the kill.

MEGATRON : Stop you idiots its me...stupid rat seemed to have found a way to get our sparks back in the right bodies...very well

Just then Tankor approaches dragging Waspinator behind him.

TANKOR : I am glad to see you are all back...what shall I do with this turncoat?

He tosses Waspinator before Megatron.

MEAGTRON (scrapping Iguanus' adhesive off himself): hmm I don't want him dead, I think he will be helpful in my next plan... bring him...Lets return to base!

The Decepticons and Predacons transform and race off to their base.

Inside the volcano all settles down as Optimus Prime rises back to his feet.

HARDHEAD : Is it you Optimus?

OPTIMUS PRIME : Yes Hardhead no need for concern

ULTRA MAGNUS : That was a strange situation, what was it like being him?

OPTIMUS PRIME : I was lost in his mind for awhile. It's a dark scary place no wonder he is so hell bent in his ways

RATTRAP : Would you take a return vacation?

OPTIMUS PRIME : Never but for some reason all the information he took from Monstar was copied and downloaded into me

ULTRA MAGNUS : So now we have an upper hand as well

OPTIMUS PRIME : Yes indeed we do...Now I have to figure out what information he is going to use next.
