2; Time Stealer.

One day in the TARDIS.

"This is a tough one." The Doctor said.

Donna Noble was at the other side of the control panel.

"What's tough?" She asked.

"I'm following this time travelling signal, it's strong, but it's going back some years, but what made it???"

He then rushed around to where Donna was and hit the panel with a hammer.

"There that's better, Donna, hold on tight."

"WHY!?!"

The TARDIS started shaking and violently tossing it passengers left and right, making odd noises and loud bangs.

"Yes, we've locked on."

"LOCKED ON TO WHAT!!!!"

"A robot...”

10 minutes later.

The TARDIS came to a stop. The passengers got up from being tossed about.

Doctor looked on to the monitor and said. "Well, do you want to head outside."

"What's out there?" She asked.

"Don't have a clue, I just took a sample from outside and I'm happy to say there's enough oxygen for us."

"Where are we?"

"Don't have a clue of that either...”

They stepped outside.

Donna looked around to see large, strange, towers.

The Doctor suddenly shouted out. "I REMEMBER THIS PLACE!!! Donna, this is the planet Cybertron."

"The planet what???"

"CYBERTRON!! I've been here before, with Sarah Jane Smith and K-9, but the last time I came, this place was golden and when I mean golden I MEAN golden."

"Okay... What lives here?"

"Oh, I can't remember."

Just then, a huge robot foot stomped its way past them, getting quite close to the TARDIS.

"Oh yeah, now I remember, giant sentient robots called Transformers."

"Why are they called that?"

When she said that, the robot jumped and turned into an alien car.

"Never mind..." She muttered.

The Doctor ran back inside the TARDIS and came out again with some weird remote thing with a little radar on it and it started to make a weird noise.

"Oh, oh, oh... That thing we were chasing is close." With that he ran off, with Donna following close behind.

But before they ran a mile away from the TARDIS, they had stepped on a battlefield.

"Ok... Run the other way."

So they did, but other robots were following them (at least that's what the Doctor thought).

"AUTOBOTS RETREAT, I SAID FALL-BACK!!!!" One big, red robot shouted with a booming voice.

They had ran past the TARDIS, but just as they were about to enter it, a jet robot grabbed it and took it away.

"No, no, no, not my TARDIS." The Doctor screamed out.

The Transformer just gave an evil high-pitched laugh. They decided to hide while the fighting went on.

It finished with. "DECEPTICONS RETREAT!!!"

The foes ran (or flew) off. And the Doctor and Donna came out of hiding.

As soon as they did, they met a small, yellow robot.

"Optimus, have a look at this!" He shouted.

The big, red robot came to the yellow one's side and bent down.

"Well, hello there, who are you?" He asked.

"I'm a Time Lord, they call me The Doctor and this is Donna Noble, the human."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots. And these are my troops."

"Ah, yes, I've heard great things about you Prime."

"And yet I've never heard of a Time Lord." Prime replied.

The Doctor smiled at him and then looked around angrily for the TARDIS, he then told Prime about it and about the last time they had saw it. "This white and red jet looking robot took it."

"Oh you mean Starscream," the yellow one said, "oh, by the way, the name's Bumblebee."

"Wait," Donna said, "as in..."

"I wouldn't tell them that if I were you..." Doctor whispered.

"Ok then, why is he called Starscream?"

"You would be called that too, if you had a sonic-boom scream," An Autobot with a red-cross on his shoulders said. "I'm Ratchet and this is robot next to me is Ironhide."

"Nice to meet you too."

The Doctor looked at his radar thingy and then lifted it up.

Meanwhile, at Decepticon HQ in Iacon City.

The Decepticons had a victory under their belt. Megatron was celebrating with his troops and many girls.

The then noticed that his second-in-command was missing.

"STARSCREAM!!!!!!"

"Yes, lord Megatron." He said, flying towards the leader with a big wooden box in his hands.

He landed, putting the thing down next to him.

"What's that?" The Leader asked.

"Don't have a clue, I just found it on Autobot patch, I assume its Autobot tech."

"I'll do the assuming around here!!"

Megatron looked around the box, found the handle and looked inside.

"No way."

Starscream pushed the leader aside and looked in.

"A SPACESHIP!!! THIS IS SO NOT AUTOBOT TECH!!! THIS IS BEYOND EVEN CYBERTRONIAN TECH!!"

"Soundwave, scan it and find out what it does!!" Megatron shouted.

"Yes lord Megatron."

He scanned it and beeping noises were heard and he said, "It's a time-travelling ship, capable of changing time and space...”

"What, you mean that thing could take me back in time to make sure that Optimus Prime never existed."

"Yes, Lord Megatron...”

Oh no, you can see where this is going.

"Soundwave, try to copy that tech so I can put my new plan into action...”

Part 2.

Meanwhile.

The Autobots took The Doctor and Donna back to the HQ in the city of Cybertropolis. The Doctor (being himself) was on Optimus's shoulder asking question after question.

Donna meanwhile, was with Bumblebee (sitting on his hand) talking. But half-way there, Prime stopped dead in his tracks, the others stopped too.

"What's wrong Prime?" Ratchet asked.

He said nothing; the time lord looked at the Autobot leader confused.

But then, the leader's hand started fading, Doctor pulled out his sonic-screwdriver and scanned him.

"No, no, no, NO!!! Someone's changing the past with my TARDIS."

"What does that mean?" Ratchet asked.

"It means, in 2 hours, he'll cease to exist."

"What!?!" They all said.

Just then a war cry was heard.

Two young robots suddenly appeared out of a Teleportation portal.

A Phoenix and Dragon.

The Phoenix stared at me.

"YOU!!!!" The Doctor and the robot shouted.

"So you’re the one who has been chasing me, I thought the Time Lords died years ago!!!" The transformer shouted.

“And may I ask what is a robot doing in the time stream.” The Doctor yelled back.

“None of your bees wax buddy!”

"Sorry, I never caught your name, or your friend's."

"Phoenix, Phoenixfire Prime and this is my brother Draco Prime. And I never caught yours." She said.

"The Doctor and this is Donna. Wait, how do you know about the Time Lords?”

“Because I saw you in the time stream fighting in The Great Time War, you look different.”

Optimus and Donna kept looking at each other, and then the two and they both said. "The Great Time What??"

Prime hid his fading hand behind his back, Phoenix hadn't seen it.

"I'll tell you later, dad...”

When she said that, the Doctor looked shocked.

"PHOENIXFIRE, DRACOAGONGO PRIME!!!!!!!!!" A female robot yelled.

The two turned around, transformed into their animal modes, started whimpering like puppies and said. "Mommy??"

A young, pink female robot walked towards them, shaking her fists.

"Who's she?" Donna asked Bee.

"Elita-1, Leader of the Female Autobots, Optimus's girlfriend and, oh their mother."

She walked up to her children and smacked them.

"WHERE WERE YOU!!? I THOUGHT THE DECEPTICREEPS HAD KIDNAPPED YOU!!" She turned to Prime and continued. "YOU SAID YOU'D KEEP AN EYE ON THEM!!!"

"Sorry dear..."

She then noticed the Doctor and his friend, Prime told her everything and he showed his fading hand to them. Phoenix screamed and then looked at hers, Draco did the same, they were fading as well, but at a slower rate.

And when The Doctor explained what was happening, Elita was less than pleased.

"And I can't do anything without my time-travelling spaceship."

"Well... That's not true; I've got time-travel powers. I could take you back into the past, but to track Megatron I would need to have a super tracker that works on star and solar ene....." Phoenix's voice trailed off and she turned around to look at three Autobots: Perceptor, Ratchet and Wheeljack.

They looked back grimly, Perceptor said. "Well it would take a large amount of Energon and would..."

"Perceptor JUST DO IT!!!" She yelled.

1 and half hours later.

"We've done it!!" Wheeljack shouted.

Phoenix held the device, looked at it. "Are you sure this won't explode?"

"99.999% sure!"

She looked grimly at her dad; she went up to him and kissed him.

"RIGHT!!!" She yelled. "I NEED A TEAM TO HELP ME WHILE IN THE PAST... Any volunteers?" There was a silence for a minute. "VOLUNTEERS, STEP FORWARD!!"

6 Autobots stepped forward, these Autobot where: Bumblebee, Ratchet, Draco, Prowl, Powerglide and Ironhide.

"Doctor, Donna are you two coming?" Phoenix said, as put her hand out as a peace-offering.

They got on her hand.

She turned around to Optimus and saluted him and so did her group. She then used the hand with the dragon birthmark to open a portal.

"We'll talk about this time-travel portal willy-nilly thing later." The Doctor said.

Draco started saying. "Phoenix is in trouble, Phoenix is in trouble."

"SHUT UP BROTHER!!!!"

They all transformed and want through the portal.

"Good luck my children..." Optimus whispered to himself.

Part 3

The next thing they knew they were surrounded by gold, no, a golden city.

"Iacon, this is Iacon city." Phoenix said to the Doctor.

"Yeah, I know, I've been here before, Donna Noble this is what Cybertron used to look like." He looked at Phoenix and asked. "What happened here?"

"Years ago, before Draco and I were created, the Autobots and Decepticons lived together in peace. Until one day, a Decepticon called Megatron wanted more, he wanted to rule Cybertron and destroy the Autobots. Our last leader was killed by him, so now my dad is the leader."

"How long ago was that?" Donna asked her.

She thought for a second then replied. "5 million years ago..."

"And how old are you two?" She asked.

"Not sure, but I'm still young."

She took the tracking device out of her weapons-belt and pushed the red button......

KAAA-BOOOOMMMMMM!!!!

It blew up; Phoenix started swearing afterwards, she finished her rant with, "THAT'S THE LAST TIME I TRUST THAT WHEELJACK LIKE THAT!!!!!"

"Looks like we're on our own now...” Bumblebee said to her, trying to calm her down, but it didn't work.

"WHEN I GET BACK AND GET MY HANDS ON HIM, I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!!!"

But her rant came to a sudden stop, she looked in the distance. A series of loud bangs were heard.

She then ran towards the noises and the others followed.

When they got there, there were bodies everywhere, including 5 jet robots that were half-alive, half-dead.

"What's your name solider?" She asked.

"Air Raid and what’s yours?"

"That doesn't matter right now." She turned to Ratchet. "Get all of them back on their feet."

"And where are you going?" The doc-bot asked.

"To stop Megatron..."

Meanwhile, back in the future.

Optimus was growing weaker and weaker by the second. And the rate he was fading was growing rapidly.

"What are we going to do now, Elita?" Wheeljack asked.

She didn't say anything; she had Optimus in her arms refusing to let him go.

"I hope they can do something in the past." Sideswipe said.

His brother Sunstreaker nodded his head.

"Well," Elita finally said. "We’re going to help my daughter out, we going to attack the Decepticon base, get that Doctor's TADIS back and stop what's happening."

"It's..... TARDIS, darling..." Optimus said.

"Whatever, ARE YOU WITH ME!!!!?”

"YEAH!!!!" The other Autobots shouted.

Meanwhile, back in the past.

Phoenixfire carried Doctor and Donna on her hand. When she got to where the terror was she found a horrifying sight.

"TWO MEGATRONS!!!!" She cried in horror.

The Doctor started yelling. "A Paradox, he had to just create a Paradox."

Phoenix then looked down to see a badly-injured Optimus, about to face death. She then pulled a gun out of her belt and shot the nearest one.

Their attention turned to the girl and they started shooting her instead. They ducked for cover while the firing continued.

"Which one is the one from the future?" Donna asked.

"Eye of the Phoenix." The robot whispered.

She then transformed into a different beast mode and charged at one of the Megatrons. The others arrived and asked where she was, he pointed at the fight.

Ratchet came up to us, saw Optimus and ran to him.

The Doctor and Donna just watched the fight as they were powerless to do anything.

Phoenix's team helped out by shooting the one she attacked and the other one looked shocked.

The fight was then interrupted by an explosion very close-by of a domed building. The other Decepticon leader made a run for it, while the future one was still fighting.

Megatron grabbed the girl by the neck and held her high in the air. "Face it Phoenixfire Prime, you'll never save your father!!! BAH, HA, HA, HA!!!! HA!"

The other Autobots aimed their weapons at them. "Drop your weapons," They didn't. "Do it or she dies!!" as he said that, he pointed his big gun at her.

"Don't do it, stop him!!!!" The girl screamed.

They dropped their weapons.

"Good, I'm going to kill her anyway, good bye Phoenix. BAH HA HA HA!!"

The Doctor (who was behind cover) looked to his left to talk to Donna. But she was gone...

The next thing he noticed was her shouting, while kicking the Decepticon leader's foot saying, "Let her go, you big hunk of scrap metal. Let her go!!"

Megatron started laughing like mad, then there was gunshot bang, something hit the leader, this made him drop Phoenix.

They looked to where the noise came from; it was the past Optimus Prime, with his ion blaster held tightly in his hands.

Megatron got up from the shot and shouted. "YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THAT!!!!" He aimed his fusion cannon at him.

The Doctor, seeing this, took out his sonic-screwdriver and tried to deactivate the gun.

Failed....

CHARGE AT 80%.

He tried again...

CHARGE AT 90%.

One more try.

CHARGING FAILED, the gun said.

Megatron looked at it and started hitting it with his fist.

Phoenixfire and Draco saw their chance; she used Roar of Time and sent him back into the future. And he disappeared into a time portal. Phoenix then rushed towards Optimus.

"DON'T TOUCH HIM!!!" The Doctor shouted but it was too late.

"Oh, great, just perfect. Now you've created a second paradox."

"Third, I touched him too." Ratchet said.

"Great, the damage in the future will be bad, no, very bad in fact."

She grabbed Prime's hand and lifted him up. "Who are you?" He asked her.

"Just a friend..."

Meanwhile, present day.

"AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" Megatron yelled as he landed in the present day.

He closed his optics for a minute, he then heard Starscream shout. "DECEPTICONS RETREAT!!!"

The thing Megatron knew there was a foot was on his chest, he opened his optics and looked up.

It was Optimus Prime!

"Don't move."

A loud noise was heard from the TARDIS nearby, this made Prime look round, giving the Decepticon leader a chance escape.

Back in the past.

Phoenix had helped the past Prime get back on his feet and on his way.

"Thanks Doctor, I owe you one."

He smiled; she opened up the portal back home.

They walked into the portal, and came out the other side, back in the present. But not in the same location as they left, it was Iacon Decepticon HQ.

Why was that? They wondered.

Phoenix then saw Optimus, back to normal. She ran into his arm and hugged him.

"Thanks for saving my life, my child, on both meetings."

She looked up in shock and asked. "You remember me being there?"

He nodded his head.

Meanwhile, the Doctor found his TARDIS and went inside, his voice came out of it. "Glad to see you haven't been abused, much."

Donna was outside watching the robots talk.

The Doctor came out and said. "Sorry to be the person to say this but the amount of Paradoxes has caused a huge rip in the fabric of space and time."

"Can it be fixed?" Optimus said.

"Well, by only one way, I would have to put this whole planet in different Dimension, but that would take a long time with the TARDIS, I've got some of the things I need but not all, I need something that will go into other Dimensions."

Everybody started whispering to each other, and then a cream, clawed hand came up.

It was Draco and he said. "I can teleport to other Dimensions, just hook me up to your spaceship and I'll use my powers."

The Doctor smiled, again went into the TARDIS and came out with cables; he attached them to the robot’s arm.

Draco sat down and crossed his legs over, his Phoenix birthmark glowed white. The Doctor was flipping switches, pushing button and kicking the machine.

The TARDIS whirring noise was heard.

A Nanoclick later.

Nothing had changed from Transformers and humans/Time lord point of view.

The Doctor came out of the TARDIS, smiling like a cat.

"There, we're now in a parallel universe, hope you like it."

"Isn't that impossible?" Donna asked.

"Nope, not if there's a huge rip in the fabric of space and time, it worked back on Earth with Rose."

"Really."

Phoenix bent down to shake the Time Lord's hand and said. "How can Optimus and I ever thank you?"

"Don't." He said.

The Doctor grabbed Phoenix's arm, opened the command computer and activated his sonic-screwdriver.

She pulled away very quickly and yelled. "What was that for!?!"

He did the same to the brother and replied. "Can't have both of you ripping any more holes in space and time. So I'm deactivating you powers for good, so I don't have to come back."

They both looked sour at the Time Lord and said. "Thanks, thanks a lot...."

"Don't mention it. Just doing my job." He said with a smile.

“You do know I’ll find a way of reactivating my powers eventually.” She said.

The Doctor just smiled.

They waved good-bye to the robots, but just as they opened the door to the TARDIS, the others left except for the Prime Twins, Draco shouted. "Where are you from anyway?"

"Planet Earth. Hey, you two, watch this." Donna shouted.

The TARDIS whirring noise was heard again and it disappeared. The Prime twins look shocked, the sister walked up to where the thing was, it was gone.

"PHOENIXFIRE, DRACOAGONGO!!!" Optimus shouted.

"Coming dad!!" They shouted back and ran off.

In the TARDIS.

Donna was holding on for dear life, she then asked a question.

"What will happen to them?"

The Doctor looked up from his work and answered. "Well, they'll come to parallel Earth and work along with humans."

"Draco?" She asked.

"He'll continue fighting." He replied.

"Phoenixfire?"

"She'll marry Bumblebee, have two kids called Wildfire and Hornet and will also continue to fight."

"Optimus Prime?"

"Ah, I'm sorry to say that he'll die during a Decepticon attack in Autobot City, one of the Earth bases."

The place went quiet, except for the noises.

"So, where do you want to head next, I heard the crystalline resort planet of Midnight is nice at this time of year, better is the Sapphire Waterfall there too?"

"Ok, then!!" She shouted back.
