Disclaimer: I do not claim to own Onslaught. His selection for the fiction was at best a simple error when originally creating the fanons. He is still owned by hasbro and Tanaka. Other characters mentioned however, are ours. Lugnut also is a misconception without realizing there was a named canon. There are several big differences between the two however to that which they are not to be confused.
"I ain't paying ya to lay around all day!"
"Ya hardly pay me at all! Besides, I ain't the type to lay around."
"Is that so? Then what is it you call that you're doing now?"
"I call it, inventing."
The young female had turned around in her swivel chair and held up a small bot that looked as if it would hover. Yet for now the small invention was a small heap in her hand as it's tiny propellers drooped motionlessly towards her palm.
"Inventing uh? Well I call it a mess. 'Sides it looks like scrap to me. Now get your butt out there and get to work. Them cars don't compact themselves!"
"Darn that Clyde. Lugnut isn't a useless scrap."
Grumbling escaped her lips as with every push and pull of the levers, as one car slowly after another was compacted into scrap metal. Music blared into her ears as the warm crisp evening heralded to another normal night.
However the feeling of an earthquake soon caught her attention as she looked up only to see an aisle of stacked up cars falling over like children's play blocks. Behind them an array of what appeared to be a fireworks display of sparks exploded into the air.
"What the devil?" She stood up from her seat, the last of the sun's rays reflecting off of her skin as she watched the cars domino into her direction.
"Shit!" She leaped from her perch within the crane before the aisle next to her crashed into the crane, pulling it off it's perch with a loud grinding and knocked it over and into the compacting pit. With a loud whirring crunch the only thing left of the crane was a giant block of iron scraps.
"What the hell is going on out there!?" A heavy set, grease covered mechanic came running out of the office, only to stare in speechless shock at the destruction. Sparks continued to fly from the start of the crash. The sight of an unmarked EC 225 Super Puma flying off overhead drew Terrance's attention away from the cause of the destruction as she stared slack jawed.
"What the hell happened out there Terrance!?" Clyde had come running over towards her, only to balk and see the damage done to the crane.
"M-my crane!" He stood there, hands held against his head in pure shock. Theories of how to get a new crane ran throughout his mind as he stared in disbelief.
"Who's gunna pay for this!?"
"Relax Clyde, it was either me or the crane. Guess it was it's time to go." She said lucidly as she pulled the plugs out of her ears. Sounds of a screeching whir had caught her attention as she looked towards the middle of the scrap field. The light of sparks flying seemed to die down as she began to step towards the area.
"The hell do you think you're going?" Clyde turned towards her, seeing her starting off towards the middle of the mess.
"Something had to have caused the crash right? I'm going to check it out." She spoke as she looked back at her boss.
"Not tonight you don't. Geh, just call it a night. We'll start clean up tomorrow." He turned, wiping a grease covered cloth across his sweat filled forehead before heading back into the garage.
"Something caused that crash. What ever it is it's still out there." Terrance spoke as she looked back towards the middle of the mess. The mechanical grindings of gears had ceased as the floodlights flickered overhead. Eventually, she went back inside.
In the middle of the crater, a large metallic droid had slowly, though unknown to humans, painfully transformed back into it's secondary form as the gears began to hiss with the sound of what would be related to a groan.
